Trial125 Results: Tolmezzo, Italy

The opening round of the 2021 Hertz FIM Trial World Championship took place this weekend at Tolmezzo, Italy.

British riders dominated the top five on both days in the Trial125 category of the 2021 Hertz FIM Trial World Championship this past weekend in Italy.

On day one Jack Dance (GASGAS) narrowly defeated fellow Brit Harry Hemingway (Beta) by two points. Fellow Beta rider David Fabien ended the day with 25 points to round out the podium.

Harry Turner (Scorpa) and German prospect Jonas Schiele (Beta) completed the top-five.

Day two saw a turnaround in fortunes for Harry Turner who produced an impressive display to take his first win at this level by a four-point margin over day one winner, Jack Dance.

Spain’s Adria Mercade Canals (Sherco) was a further four marks behind Dance on a total of 29 to take third on a tie-break from Britain’s Ben Dignan (Vertigo) with Harry Hemingway ending the day in fifth on 31.

Trial125 riders now wait for their next event which will take place in Sant Julià, Andorra on the 21-22 August.
